Incentivisation Terms & Conditions
  • Respondents to be aware that:
    • The closing date for receipt of entry is (5/08/2019)
    • There are 5x £50 John Lewis gift vouchers offered as prizes across the two surveys running on the Countrywide Assured website
    • One entry per respondent, regardless of which surveys are completed
    • Winners will be notified via the email address they supplied upon sign up
    • The prize will be emailed out to the winners within 5 working days once they have responded to the notification email
  • The closing date for entry may be changed at any time; this will clearly be signposted on the entry page of the survey.
  • Extending the closing date for entry will be acceptable as long as the organisers can show that unforeseen factors apply
  • Withholding prizes/incentives can only be justified if participants have not met clear criteria set out in the rules
  • Unless otherwise stated in advance, prizes/incentives will be sent within four weeks after the research has been held
  • Any vouchers are non‒exchangeable, non‒transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • Prize draw winners will be selected in a manner that ensures fair application of the laws of chance. The process by which winners will be selected must involve a clear audit trail and an independent draw. (This process does not have to be made public but can be explained to individual respondents when specifically requested.)
  • An observer, independent to the free prize draw organisers must supervise prize draws to ensure that all participants have an equal opportunity of winning
  • Free prize draw organisers must not mislead respondents about the likelihood of winning a prize. Neither should the respondent’s chances of winning a prize be overstated.
  • The value of a prize/incentive offered must not be misrepresented
  • Where the eligibility for a prize/incentive is dependent on the promptness of the respondent’s response, all entry deadlines and the consequences of failing to meet them must be clearly stated
  • Free prize draw organisers must communicate in a manner that is clear and readily understandable by respondents
  • All material terms of a free prize draw/incentive must be stated accurately and correctly
  • A free prize draw must not be subject to unreasonable conditions for winning a prize
  • This free prize draw is only open to respondents completing the Survey through the Countrywide assured website, excluding employees of Gusto and employees of any companies within Chesnara or their associates, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, appointed representatives or anyone connected with or involved in the administration of this free prize draw
  • Chesnara and Gusto Research accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting a prize/incentive. Chesnara and Gusto Research further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Chesnara and Gusto Research for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence
  • Processing of prizes/incentives may result in your contact details being passed onto a third party i.e. Amazon, M&S, John Lewis etc. This would purely be in order for the prize/incentive to be sent out to you and would not result in any marketing or follow up.
